Jesper Nyboe Nielsen

October 23rd and 24th Nyboe is heading to Amsterdam to play four DJ sets during this year's Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), all strictly on 7" vinyl records. The four sets will feature a mixture of funk, jazz-funk, hip hop, breaks, rare grooves, library music, soundtracks, Latin grooves and much more from around the world. Three of the four sets will also be livestreamed, so you can tune in even if you're not in Amsterdam.

Nyboe has got a new 40-track all-vinyl mix out on YouTube for Red Dresser Session, digging through a wide selection of records from around the world. A pretty eclectic journey through jazz-funk, psychedelic grooves, library music, soundtracks, funk, breaks, instrumental hip hop and a bunch of other stuff that’s hard to put into one genre.

I've gotten the honor of hosting and curating the new monthly Hip Hop Vinyl Night DEEP CUTS at the new venue Meat City Music Club / MCMC in Kødbyen, Copenhagen every first Saturday of the month. I will be hosting every second month along with Toxværd and Steen Rock will be hosting the other month. The first event took place Saturday the 3rd of October and my first month is Saturday November 7th from 20:00-02:00, where you can catch Shatter Hands, Jesper Lemke, DJ F1BI, Toxværd and Nyboe
