Terms and Conditions – Nyboe

These terms apply to purchases, bookings, event registrations, enquiries and other services made through www.jespernyboe.dk and related Nyboe activities.

Bookings and services
A booking of Nyboe as a DJ, music curator, speaker, consultant or provider of another service is only confirmed when the agreement has been confirmed in writing.

Price, date, time, location, scope, transport, technical requirements, setup, payment terms and any cancellation terms are agreed separately in writing for each booking.

Payment
Payment may be made through Wix, Wix Payments or another agreed payment provider. Prices are generally shown in Danish kroner unless otherwise stated.

For special agreements, DJ bookings, events or consultancy services, separate payment terms may apply.

Cancellation and changes
If a confirmed booking needs to be changed or cancelled, Nyboe must be contacted as soon as possible.

Unless separate cancellation terms have been agreed in writing, Nyboe may charge reasonable and documented costs related to preparation, transport, reserved time, technical planning or third-party expenses.

Digital products, events and tickets
For purchases of digital products, event registrations, tickets or dated services, special delivery, cancellation and refund terms may apply. These terms will be shown at the time of purchase or agreed in writing.

Rights
Text, images, audio, video, mixtapes, DJ concepts, curated selections and other creative material belong to Nyboe / Jesper Nyboe Nielsen or the relevant rights holders.

The material may not be copied, distributed, published or used commercially without prior written permission.

Liability
Nyboe is not responsible for indirect losses, technical errors outside Nyboe’s control, outages caused by third-party platforms, force majeure or other circumstances outside Nyboe’s reasonable control.

Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Governing law
Agreements with Nyboe are governed by Danish law unless mandatory consumer protection rules state otherwise.
