Printful products are produced on demand. Returns or exchanges are not normally offered for wrong size, change of mind or buyer’s remorse, unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly fulfilled.
For non-Printful physical products, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the product is received, unless an exception applies. Returned items must be unused and in a condition suitable for resale. The customer normally pays return shipping unless the item is defective or not delivered as agreed.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please include your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos, so the claim can be reviewed.
