Printful products are produced on demand. Returns or exchanges are not normally offered for wrong size, change of mind or buyer’s remorse, unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly fulfilled.

For non-Printful physical products, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the product is received, unless an exception applies. Returned items must be unused and in a condition suitable for resale. The customer normally pays return shipping unless the item is defective or not delivered as agreed.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please include your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos, so the claim can be reviewed.

This product is fulfilled and shipped by Printful. Shipping prices are based on Printful Standard Shipping rates.

Fulfillment normally takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Some products, such as caps and hats, may be shipped separately by Printful because of packaging requirements. Final shipping cost may vary for orders with multiple items or multiple shipping categories.
