NEW MIXTAPE WITH DJ FLUX OUT ON ORANGE CASSETTE TAPE - ON #45s VOLUME 4 FEAT. NYBOE

I'm back on cassette tape with Czech DJ FLUX for the fourth volume of his ON #45s mixtape series, released through Buggy Records and recorded entirely from original 7-inch vinyl records.

DJ FLUX invited me to record Side B for Volume 2. Volume 3 featured Berlin's Marc Hype, and now I'm back for another round on Volume 4!

DJ FLUX was recently in Copenhagen to play two shows, and while he was here we agreed to put together another mixtape. So here it is.

As usual, DJ FLUX takes care of Side A, while I've put together 33 tracks for Side B. This time I've gone pretty eclectic, moving between underground hip hop, boom bap, funk, breaks, jazz, library music, movie soundtracks, edits and rare grooves from around the world.

The selection goes from Leon Ware, Oliver Nelson and Italian crime movie soundtracks to Westside Gunn, Nas, MF DOOM, Eminem and Gang Starr, with some Czech grooves, Pakistani folk music, Italian pop, Danish music and plenty of other stuff along the way. There's even a track from my own back catalogue with Analyse.

The mixtape is now out on a bright orange cassette tape, and you can also download it through DJ FLUX's label, Buggy Records.
