New episode of the WaxWorks Radio Show W/Nyboe out now with guest S.I.A.V. from The Rapture Events

In this month's episode of his radio show WaxWorks on Black Rhino Radio, Nyboe is joined by Shaun aka S.I.A.V. from The Rapture Events for a talk about his new project - Vinyl & Friends - that unites a whole community in Copenhagen’s and Denmark’s hip hop culture for a gathering with DJ’s all-day and all-night. A musical movement, celebrating the spectrum of rap and creating memorable moments May 16th at GAMMA in collaboration with Rekords, Paname City Records, Palmspree and Pasteelo.

But first we get to hear Shaun’s story about growing up in Trinidad & Tobago and North-London, discovering music, DJ-culture and hiphop. How he became a DJ by watching a legendary Danish DMC DJ World Champ and why he stopped DJ’ing for over 20 years ago. And how he ended up living in Denmark after going to the legendary Aarhus Took It festival for years.
